Yes, we work exclusively with the cleaning agents and equipment provided by the customer. Please ensure that all necessary materials are available so that the cleaning can be carried out efficiently.
Are the cleaners insured?
Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured. You can be sure that your premises are in good hands with us.

Our move-out and window cleanings guarantee flawless results for moves, handovers, or simply for a clear view. With professional equipment and trained staff, we clean thoroughly, streak-free, and with a handover guarantee – so everything shines as it should.
What does a move-out cleaning include?
Our move-out cleaning includes a thorough cleaning of all rooms, including floors, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, and windows. Upon request, we also clean hard-to-reach areas such as ventilation grilles or cupboards.
Do you offer a handover guarantee for the move-out cleaning?
Yes, our final cleanings are carried out with a handover guarantee. Should any touch-ups be required, we will take care of them free of charge. You can also book a final cleaning without a handover guarantee.
Do you also clean hard-to-reach windows?
Yes, our team is specially equipped to clean windows at all heights and angles. We place special emphasis on a streak-free result. In rare cases, it may also happen that we hire an external cleaning company.
How do I book a move-out or window cleaning?
You can easily book your cleaning via our online platform. Specify the desired date and the areas to be cleaned, and we will take care of the rest.
Do you use special products for glass and window frames?
Yes, we use high-quality cleaning agents that are gentle on both glass and window frames and ensure a long-lasting result.
